Because our products are made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds under this policy.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer a refund or replacement if:
Your item arrives damaged.
Your item is misprinted or defective.
You received the wrong item.

Request Window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/customized items (unless defective).
Sale/clearance items (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before production begins.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
